Well it got done tonight!

I've done this cheesy shrimp taco recipe of Rick Bayless before and it's outa sight. https://www.rickbayless.com/recipe/c...-shrimp-tacos/
The Mexican squash dish I made last night will be on the side with some pink Mexican rice.

I learned something from the last time I made this simple recipe. I sprayed both sides of my warmed 6" corn tortilla's with butter cooking spray before assembling the tacos in the skillet with the shrimp mix and cheese. They were the perfect delicate crispness. I really hope some of you taco lovers will try this recipe. You won't be sorry.
