Romaine lettuce with a pile of veg/rice, topped with tomato dressing.

It's not often we do loaded cheeseburgers but tonight was a new taste sensation with these burger patties on toasted bakery rolls. Ohmygosh...if you see these, buy them.!
Did leftovers again, and a salad, though the lettuce is on its way out - only one variety left. But I spent time fixing what I could do in advance for my meal tomorrow, when friends and I will be thinking about Anthony Bourdain.
