Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a cookbook that covers most, if not all of the Canadian cuisine. Besides classics like tourtière, poutine, butter tarts, baked beans, and donair, I'd like it to include regional specialties and maybe some stories, too. Are there any books or other resources that you'd recommend? Thank in advance :)

Welcome to DC.

While I cannot direct you to specific cookbooks, I recommend you search out local church and club cookbooks. They often have excellent tried and true recipes for local dishes.
