First time making a Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic & Herb
Pork Loin Filet, steamed green beans and sweet potato praline casserole.

The pork was good but not fantastic.

There was a sale on fresh swordfish today. I grilled the fish and served it with buttered egg noodles and steamed green beans.

We're having roasted Brat's on toasted Bolilo Rolls topped with sauerkraut cooked with apple and onion. Lately, I've been skinning the sausages before roasting in the toaster oven to make them easier to bite. We like them much better that way. It might be a new idea for some.
Potato salad will be on the side.

I had smoked trout on a bagel with cream cheese and ham on Wasa crisp rye bread. Stirling reheated some pizza.

The words "broasted chicken" were uttered in the house... and there was no turning back. Himself went to get chicken and jo-jo potatoes while I trimmed and cooked fresh green beans.
