Does anyone know where this guy went and why he is not still here? I've been browsing through his past threads. This guy new good food and could write a detailed recipe for folks like me who know good food but am just learning how to make it.

He was a chef, so he knew a lot about food. I don't know what happened to him.

If he is a chef, perhaps he was looking for someone on his level to chat with, The only other guy I know who is that good is my friend Chef Paul. I'd love to see those two talk food to one another.

Could be. We used to have other chefs as members, but I haven't seen them in years, except for TattRat and he pretty much only posts in the random pictures thread.

I haven't seen Bakechef in quite a while and we don't see Rocklobster very often.
