Greetings! And first of all, thanks for your nice and welcoming forum - I've been stalking your community for the last few weeks, found some nice recipes and finally decided to join.
Calling myself an amateur since I'm not a chef of course - I didn't grow up in a cooking family. But as for now - as I'm living alone - I like to cook tasty and healthy at least for myself. (What? I said healthy? well, most of the time)
