Microwave baking without rotation ??

Most of the microwave baking recipies require cooking on high without rotation. Most of the microwaves have not a mode to cook without rotation. Is there a work around way ??

Can I remove the turntable of my microwave to cook without rotation ??

You could do that I guess. Never did cook without the rotating tray before.

Will cooking a cake in microwave with rotation and without rotation will make any difference ??

More over my microwave manual cations that it should not be operated without the turntable. Any comments

I'm more than positive that you can find a microwave that doesn't rotate at a garage sale! I purchased two; one for $2.50 and the other for only $2.00! Good luck!!
