Know location of Shan Indian Restaurant?

good morning, yesterday I was watching Wolfgang Puck and he was in a restaurant called Shan in Little India. He mentioned it being about 30 minutes outside of LA but I don't recall hearing the city it was in. I've googled it and came up empty. If ever in the area, I'd like to try eating at this restaurant. Wolfy seemed to like it a lot. Do you know where Little India is? I don't. Any info is appreciated, thanks..

Could it possibly be Shahn? I found a reference to a Ben Shahn who is an artist I think. Maybe someone made a restaurant with same name.
