I posted a recipe for the Pina Colada cheesecake.
You can see the ingredients there in the dessert threads. I screwed up royally. I dumped the gelatin mix into the cream cheese mix and it was all a clump. I'm praying that some of it got mixed in, but, I'm not very optimistic about it. With all of the liquid ingredients that are in it, do I have any chance of the cake setting? I made 40+ minis and I'm afraid that I just ruined all of them.

Nevermind, I went ahead and trashed them, they weren't setting at all. Any of you site helpers can just delete this thread. Thanks

That's ok, my whole day is going like that. I still have the brownies and just a few of the cheesecakes. There was some excess left, so I just mix some more gelatin in and they're setting. I ended up with about 30, so, I'll leave them in my cooler and be picky who I give them to :O)
