I've mixed up my flour containers

I was cleaning my cabinets and mixed up my flour labels. Is there a quick way to tell which is ap and which is sr? Thanks

Put a little of each in separate dishes and add some warm water. The one that foams up is SR.

Or you could taste a tiny bit, the SR has the salt, etc.
