Wahoos?

There's a local place that sells fish tacos. I'm thinking of trying to duplicate their fish tacos on the grill at home.

Anyone else ever been to Wahoos?

Any ideas what they put in the seasoning for the spicy version?

Come to think of it...i don't even know what kind of fish they use. Tuna steaks perhaps...

There are 28 Wahoos (from what the LA Times reports), most being in Southern CA.
Just today there are 2 So Cal papers that have requests for the fish taco secret recipe!

An interesting sentence I read was this one:
Wahoo's Fish Taco -- It's the Baja Mexican flavor mixed with a dash of Brazilian and Asian spices.
Could this be the spice influence you're looking for? Hopefully it's a start.
