Guacamole Soup rec

Cold and yummy serve with some tortilla chips and a beer or iced tea...
Guacamole Soup
2-large avocados
3-c. chicken stock
1-Tab. lime juice
2/3-c.plain yogurt
1-lg. tomato peeled and seeded, halved
1/4c. cilantro sprigs
Tabasco
salt to taste
Peel and halve avocados Put 3 halves in blender or f/p along with stock, lime juice and yogurt. Blend til smooth. Add tomato and cilantro blend just til tomato is coarsly chopped, not pureed. Pour into bowl and season with tabasco and salt.. Chop the last half of avocado and stir into the soup Chill and enjoy
