Now I haven't tried this yet but sounds good. I found it in a local paper.
1 bonless pork roast (I'm using a bone in pork roast)They were on sale.
2 Tlb vegetable oil
1-16 0unce whole-cranberry sauce
3/4 cuo sugar
3/4 cup cranberry juice
1tsp gorund mustard
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
salt to taste
Brown roast in oil on all sides over medium high heat. Transfer to a 5qt slow cooker. Combine cranberry sauce, sugar, cranberryjuice, mustard, pepper and cloves. Pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to eight hrs or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Remove roast and keep warm.
In sauce pan, combine cornstarch, water, and salt until smooth. Stir in cooling liquid. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened. Serve over roast.

This does look good. At my supermarket, they will debone meats at no extra charge. I often have them debone chicken breasts but leave the skin on. The skin gives it better flavor and anyone who doesn't want to eat the skin can remove it at the table.

That looks great. My butcher will debone meat for me so that's no problem. hopefully i can get all the cranberry ingredients here, we are starting to see lots of cranberry juices etc even at the supermarket whereas 10 years ago no one had heard of it.
