Zucchini Bread

Tastes like a spice cake,but made with zucchini
This Recipe makes 2 loaves

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cup sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
3/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup raisins

Beat eggs until foamy,add oil,sugar,zucchini & vanilla
mix until blended
mix flour & all other dry ingr together -NOT Wheat Germ
add dry mixture to wet mixture blend
stir in wheat germ and raisins
pour into pans-greased
bake 325 for about 50-60 minutes

i just put 2 loaves in the oven.This time i didn't have wheat germ,so i used 100%wheat bran. let you know how it turns out.
