In medium bowl, mix together, graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup of the sugar. Remove about 1 cup of this to save for topping.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, flour and vanilla. Mix well until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix until well blended.
Pour over morsels in pan. Evenly sprinkle reserved crumb and morsels.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until set at 325 degrees.
Cool completely on wire rack while still in pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars.

Wow!!! These sound addictive! I can't wait to try them.

Around here, especially around the holidays, you can find Hershey's Raspberry Morsels. I think I'd try it with those, too!

Thanks, texasgirl!

I'm glad that you like the sound of these, I did too. Can't wait to try them myself. I like the idea of the rasberry too.

I tried these out, and they were delicious! My dad likes raspberry, I'll have to look for the Hershey things.
