I know you've been able to get neon coloring in gel at cake decorating shops (or Wilton) for quite awhile but didn't know that McCormick made it now, too.

I wonder how it would look for decorating hardboiled eggs at easter?

I bought 6 boxes on clearance last year. It is really fun to play with and makes wonderful Easter dyed eggs. I use unsweetened koolaid to flavor my frostings and a splash of this makes it vibrant I must say! lol

I remember using both koolaid and jell-o as dying agents in cakes when we were kids....made for some really cool flavours and colours...
