Spiced Mocha

This hot drink is the best ever, I have started my day for over 20 yrs with it. My dr. decaffeinated me, so I drink it decaf now, but it is still yummy. My daughter, when she was 2, asked me why I had a jar of dirt on the kitchen counter, so it's the family joke to call it "Mud" now. Said daughter is now 27 and a little smarter (little).

Spiced Mocha Mix

1 c. dry non dairy creamer
1 c. hot chocolate mix
2/3 c. instant coffee crystals
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg

Mix all ingrediants together and put in a jar/airtight container. Mix 3-4 heaping teaspoons (reg spoon size) in a cup with boiling water.
Makes a great gift in canning jars. Also, during the holidays, you can add crushed peppermint candy.
