Hey all! Now that I've found out why my trail bologna didn't work at all...anyone have some tips or recipes for deer jerky made with a jerky gun? The only ones I can find are with the strips of meat. I know you can buy the packets with spices but we would rather make our own if I could just get an idea of what else to put in it. I'm open to any ideas if you have them! Thanks in advance!
