Quick Tender Salt?

I want to make my deceased parents recipe for homemade Salami. I loved this stuff growing up and was thrilled when mom would make it and send a log home with me when I was older.
The recipe calls for Quick Tender Salt. Is "Quick" the namebrand? I can't recall ever seeing this.
