this may sound bad but read on:chef:

1 cup of coke
2 cups of icing sugar

1) add the icing sugar to the coke
2) drink or odd to cake

this is a wonderfull recipe and will one day be the standard icing on all cakes :) :chef:

Ought to retitle the topic. I thought you were referring to the frozen concoction (sp?) known as ice cream. Thought this does sound good too!

more of a glaze than a frosting?

Some one want to give it a try and let the rest of us know??

Wouldn't this be really runny?
I tend to think so, I'd start at about 1/8 of a cup of coke and slowly add more if it was too thick. You can turn icing into liquid in a flsh so it's always better to veer on the side of caution.
