:) Yeah, so I don't know how this will work out, but I'm going to make some crispy chicken nuggets, but they're going to be baked and not fried. I'm using the same marinade I used for my pork a few weeks ago which was olive oil, dry white wine, parsley, Emeril Essence, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. I am going to dip them in egg and then coat them in Italian bread crumbs and bake. I hope they turn out ok.
 
The marinade sounds great Sydfan. Let us know how they turn out. The less frying the better!

Heya Dina! They turned out pretty good, but perhaps a little too salty. I think I would have liked it better without any breading. Just the flavor of the chicken and marinade.

I'm really starting to dig marinating in wine. I love the flavor it adds!!!
