Yeah, so I don't know how this will work out, but I'm going to make some crispy chicken nuggets, but they're going to be baked and not fried. I'm using the same marinade I used for my pork a few weeks ago which was olive oil, dry white wine, parsley, Emeril Essence, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. I am going to dip them in egg and then coat them in Italian bread crumbs and bake. I hope they turn out ok.
