Cast Iron vs Stainless Steel dutch oven

I have several dutch ovens - cast iron, Le Creuset, and and oldie given to me by my MIL made out of club aluminum (whatever that means).

The club aluminum one works just as well for almost every situation - have made tons of chili and spaghetti sauce in it, as well as pot roast. Do they even make this stuff anymore?

Catch this story! I had a nice porcelain covered one. And it was in perfect shape considering its age. It has served me well and everything I cooked in it came out with some extra taste!
Someone walked into my garage when the door was tripped open and stole my generator, my radial saw, my collection of 10 wooden golf putters from the thirties and my porcelain coated iron pot! They left three other great frying pans. They knew what they were getting.
