someone asked me to work some jobs for them. i have 6 banquets i'm cooking for. what hors d'eourves may i prepare? thier menu may be ready, yet i was gonna see if they wanted any extra items.thank you! ugh, banquets are plenty of work! one's for 350. i prepared 5,000 hors d'eourves for one along with a few other employees. one day it was me & 1 other employee. whew!:LOL:
 
luvs - you are a student. This is called Paying Your Dues. Grunt work, and lots of it. It doesn't last forever.

See what they are having for the regular menu and propose some little noshes that will complement the entree stuff. Take a nap and eat a good lunch before you start.
 
awwww, banquets are okay. i was already headChef in a restaurant, yet this work is okay, too. being a Chef with a kitchen at 25 was rather great.:chef: more banquets after these.
