Is William F. Buckley still alive?

I tried to google but didn't get much on whether he is still living or deceased? In my family research I just found out yesterday that my Great Aunt was married to his nephew. I was going to try and locate a descendent of his and see if they have any information I can use.

I looked him up in wickipedia and they didn't give a date of death. I'd say he is still alive.
