My friend's 50th birthday is Saturday & her favorite drink is Long Island Iced Tea. Does anyone know how to make it? Thanks

Long Island Iced Tea
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz tequila
2 oz sour mix
Mix with ice and then top with coke

Long Island Iced Tea

6 ice cubes
1/2 jigger gin
1/2 jigger vodka
1/2 jigger white rum
1/2 jigger tequila
1/2 jigger Cointreau
1 jigger fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup (see note)
Cola
Lemon slice, to decorate

Put the ice cubes in a mixing glass. Add the gin, vodka, rum, tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Stir well, and then strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Add enough Coca Cola to fill the glass, and decorate with the slice of lemon.
Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1-cup sugar and 1-cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.

Long Island Iced Tea

I got this cocktail out of my Cocktails book.

Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

Glass:
285mL/9oz Hi-Ball Glass
Mixers:
30mL/1 oz Vodka
30mL/1 oz Lemon Juice
30mL/1 oz Tequila
30mL/1 oz Sugar Syrup
30mL/1 oz White Rum
Dash of Cola
30mL/1 oz Cointreau

Method
Build over ice.
Garnish:
Lemon twist and mint leaves. Serve with straws.
Comments:
The tea colored cola is splashed into the cocktail making it slightly unsuitable for a "Tea Party". Many variations are concocted using different wine spirits. American by design, Australians know it better as a "Long Island Iced Tea". It is strongly recommended that you consume no more than one.

I love webtender! I've been using it for a couple of years. They update pretty often to add new drinks.
