have a person looking for a recipe on our local newspaper recipe swap, If anyone can help her out, here is what she wrote.

"a few weeks back, maybe a month, there was an issue of People that featured a recipe I am looking for. The cover was a woman who had lost like 162 lbs or something. The recipe inside was for a Spa Lemon Cheesecake with some kind of almond wafer or something....anyone have it????

Spa Lemon Cheesecake

Hi,
I have Spa Lemon Cheesecake recipe. I can email it to you if you still don't have it. I found it at the hairdressers, the only time I ever read People's Magazine. I tried it and liked it, however mine didn't look like the one in the photo. I didn't get around to making the wafers, but used the cheesecake with fresh strawberries.
