Hello Pedro
I did a cooking course in Lisbon back in the Spring. I stayed at the Barrio Alto Hotel - which has been voted one of the best boutique hotels in the world. The chef was amazing. He has stayed in touch with my husband and me and also designed a degustation menu for us one evening.

I LOVE Portugese custard tarts!
