Puffed Wheat Sweets
8 c. puffed wheat
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. dark karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
pour puffed wheat into a large mixing bowl. Mix remaining ingredients, except for vanilla, in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook for 1 min. Add vanilla, stir, and pour over puffed wheat, mixing to coat.
Spread out evenly on a cookie sheet to cool. Cut into squares with a pizza cutter.
