The color of each chip was a light beet color. Each chip has super thin, but diced Jalapeno peppers in it.
If you eat one, you do not feel much heat. You eat a few in a row and you certainly will feel some heat. Not too much for me, but it can last a while though.
On the packaging they say it is a cracker too, I think they are just plain wrong.
