after Le Corden Bleu, i'm looking to Johnson & Wales. yet i'm also debating picking a historian carreer, too, & working doubles. history is a second luv to cooking. could i fit an 18-hr. day of a culinary career around another (historian) degree & a 2nd culinary degree from Johnson & Wales?

Sure you could... but you'd have no time for a life. You'd be tired and grumpy all the time and Jake would miss the heck out of you.

By the way... what does he do?
