ISO authentic recipe for Pad Thai

so does anyone have a killer recipe for authentic pad thai? I had some the other day and would like to see what other people are doing.

Andy M's recipe looks good. To make it even more authentic, I would add fried strips of firm tofu and garnish with chives and cilantro instead of scallions. The pickled radish is not optional but critical to authentic flavor I think. Also, when you scramble the egg, add a few drops of fish sauce.
