Paula Deen's mexican chicken

I saw this recipe on Paula's show this weekend, and we made it last night. It was very good and simple to make, but we used mild Rotel tomatos in place of regular tomatos as per the recipe. It was good, and easily customizable to your tastes. One of Paula's sons said it tasted like a mexican chicken pot pie and I have to agree!
