Chicken with crab stuffing

I did a search through the site, but didn't find anything on this. I had this dish somewhere and it was great. Has anyone made this and if so did you use spinach and crab or crab stuffing with bread crumbs. What type of sauce did you use on top of it. Thanks for any help you can give me.
 
It sounds like a version of veal oscar. Do a search for that recipe and use chicken breasts instead. I would guess a hollandaise sauce would complete it nicely==or a beuree blanc.
 
It wasn't like veal oscar, it had a white wine sauce and the stuffing had crab, spinach and some sort of bread in it. I think I can recreate this dish sort of, but if anyone has made it that would be a help. It would have been good with hollandaise though.
 
Are you saying it was whole chicken? I "read" in my mind, chicken breasts, hence the veal oscar connection.
