I made this dish this past week and it was so yummy I wanted to share

what you need:
4 chicken breast cooked and cubed
2 cups cooked rice
1 family size can cream of chicken soup.(I also added about 1/3 cup water)
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs...

what to do
mix the rice and soup together in a baking dish, I always use the aluminum
kind so I can just toss it after wards...
layer the cheese on top of rice, then put cut up chicken on top of cheese...
sprinlke with bread crumbs....
bake for about 20-30 minutes,in pre-heated oven set at 375 degrees...
enjoy:chef:

serve with a nice salad or veggie side...

I do a similar dish except that the rice is separate from the chicken mixture, meaning that half of the rice goes to the bottom and the rest to the top with the mixture in between. Sprinkle cheese on top and once baked, garnish with chopped tomatoes and parsley.
