My daughter made this for us last weekend and we enjoyed it so much we are having it as one of the salads for Thanksgiving.
You need a half of an avocado per person, peel remove pit then fill cavity with whole berry cranberry sauce, drizzle with french dressing and top with toasted chopped pecans..I'll just present them on a platter of shredded raddichio and a green lettuce that's been also drizzled with the dressing and sprinkled with pecans. This was so easy, yet tasted wonderful..Something you could enjoy year round.
