I am looking to advance prep several quiches to serve as part of a buffet for a tree trimming party for about 50 people. Can anyone advise, do I freeze this uncooked and then cook the morning of the party and just warm it? Or do I cook everthing and then freeze it and thaw and rewarm? Or is the pie shell separately cooked, contents frozen? Help please.

There are eggs in quiche and as a general rule eggs should be fully cooked before freezing. Should freeze okay in the pie crust, what type of pie pans are you using? You might sprinkle cheese to melt after warming it to perk it up. Are you making more than six quiche?

no need to freeze them at all. just make them the day before and refridgerate. pull out of fridge an hour or two before serving. they can be severed room temp. no problem, or warmed up in a hot oven about 10 minutes or so.
