WE are the ones that fight the heat whether it be hot peppers OR temperature!
We are the ones that fight NOT getting cut by our knives!
WE are the ones that are judged by taste not effort!
We are the good folks that plan, study and give our hearts, yet might be trashed and burned!
WE are the ones that give attention to detail, just to have a bufoon gooble up our art like it was a cheap hot dog!
We MAY be the ones that excel and compete against our peers in a face to face battle!
WE are the chemists that concoct a dish that has multi layers of flavor and texture!
WE face heat, dangerous machines and techniques!
We are protectors against food poisoining!
WE are the people that have the decision of positive health or ultimate taste and everything in between!
We have the rules.... and follow them on the strict preperation of food!
WE have the power to either make or brake global outcomes!
We have the duty to provide comfort to those in need.
I can go on.... and on. But I bet you get the point. We are chemists, warriors, doctors umong other trades.
