I'm glad to have found this forum. It appears to be a nice and friendly community. After years of cooking for a family of 5, I feel a bit lost on cooking for one lol I'm now divorced and all of my children are grown and on their own.
I'm finding it difficult to make grocery lists, much less cook anything. Hopefully, I can get back into the swing of things with this site.
