Quick shrimp creole
1 pound boiled shrimp cut in half.
2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. onion juice
pepper salt to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. self rising flour
1/4 cup water
2 cups cooked rice
combine in sauce pan all ingredients expect the shrimp,
flour,amd rice.Simmer 5 minutes.mix flour and water
toroughly. add to tomato mixture,stirring until smooth and thickened.
add shrimp and simmer until heated,then remove from heat. serve with the cooked rice.
