2 pounds ground chuck browned and drained
1 medium onion diced
1 can pinto beans drained well
1 can tomatoe sauce, small can
1 10oz jar enchilada sauce
1 medium bag fritos
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
mix the sauces,beans,cheese and fritos.
mix well.
bake for 15 minutes in 375 degree pre-heated oven.
take out,dot with sour cream, replace in oven for another 10 mintes.
