Well, I looked at a bunch of recipes, and most of them look more like my Chicken Parmesan - breaded cutlets, fried, covered in sauce and topped with cheese.

Thanks. I can't find too much about it out there. this helps. I didn't realize it was so closely related to Chicken Parm. I wonder if he knows that. Actually the recipe I found doesn't sound like chicken parm, but the one you found might as well be called Chicken Parm.
