Citrus-Dressed Fruit Salad
3 med. granny smith apples, cubed
2 c. honeydew, cubed
2 c. green grapes, halved
3 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and quartered
1 c. plain yogurt (reduced-fat is okay)
3 TBL confectioner's sugar
3 TBL orange juice
1/2 tsp orange zest (grated orange peel)
In a large bowl, Combine the fruit.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon over the fruit just before serving.
