Have you all ever tried using bleu cheese in your coleslaw?

BLEU CHEESE COLESLAW

1 16oz pkg coleslaw
1 4oz pkg bleu or feta cheese crumbles
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbls sugar
1 tsp celery seed
Salt & Pepper

Mix coleslaw and cheese together in a large bowl. Mix dressing separately, then combine with slaw and cheese mix.

Mmmmm, thank you Constance. I love all that stanky cheese!! This will be something just for me. LOL
Noone here will eat the cheese if they can't handle the smell. This really sounds good!

Oh, what a delicious and elegant twist to the lowly coleslaw!

Perfect accompaniment to BBQ - thanks, Constance!

I've only caught her show occasionally & frankly didn't even realize the recipe was hers.

I don't mind a touch of sugar in regular coleslaw, but don't care for it much in blue cheese versions.

It doesn't take much bleu cheese to make an impact and another great addition is toasted, slightly chopped, walnuts.
