Hi! I found this site yesterday and after spending all day browsing through posts, I felt like I was already surrounded by friends and decided to join. My name is Christie and I'm from Columbia, SC - my best friend is a chef and I suppose I have caught her love of cooking and food! I love to cook and be in the kitchen, and think it's even better if you are cooking w/ friends or family.

You might want to form a cooking club with some of your friends. Meet at someone's house once a month and create a wonderful meal. Could be a lot of fun.
