Help, can these tomatoes be used?

if a can of tomatoes has expired two weeks ago ,can you still use them or throw them out? my friend ask me and I said in the can and go buy new.

Do you mean the "expire" date on the can was a date that was 2 weeks ago? If they are commercially (grocery store) canned tomatoes, I'd go ahead and use them. If they are home canned tomatoes and the seal is still secure, I'd use them, too.
