I want to make the original angelfood cake from scratch. I have a few cook books w/ recipes in them but I wanted to check here and see if anyone had a recipe (not the box-mix version though) first. I'm wondering about the egg whites, specifically if it really makes a difference whether or not I use the ones that you can buy in milk-carton style already separated.
