My name is Aalyara and I spent the better part of my life in New Jersey, USA. I've loved cooking since I was a toddler - actually have pictures of my mother and I making dishes together as a kid. I like taking recipies and making them more healthy, and maybe adding a twist or two to them. Most of the time I'm successful, but we shan't discuss the failures! 
My favorite ingredient is the tomato, and my favorite types of dishes are Italian. I like researching foods and recipies, and I'm always looking for the next best meal to concoct.
