Hey guys im a 21y/o from the USA, currently working with philadelphia cream cheese.

The one thing I like to do is expierement with food, I like to try a new thing everytime I got to a new resturtant so it would be glad to see all the things I might learn from the forum!

i feel like i work with cream cheese at times. it's usually found in the heads of control room ops.

the frequent dining in restaurants dealio was what got me started in cooking as well. that, and i was raised by a pack of wild italians (my childhood best friend's family).
