Welcome Miss Cup Cake You have just found the best forum on cooking and ther is a great bunch of folks here to help. Basicly a fritatta is nothing more than a baked omellet
so scramble those eggs and just do it .oven 350 cook about 20 minutes add what ever you want onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, cheese most any kind.. just figure 2-3 eggs per person if they are big eatersand if you are cooking for a large group you might want to do 2 of them or more
