Here's an ethnic recipe from Transylvania that's sure to please all your ghosts and goblins.

4 Newt eyes
12 Bat wings
3 T.Spider paste
2 lb.Monster meat
5 C. Swampwater
5 Skunk cabbage leaves
3 oz. Spider webs to thicken
Snakeskin powder to taste

Combine all ingredients in large cauldron. Heat to boiling over outdoor fire. Stir counterclockwise only while reciting the incantation:

"Bubble bubble toil and trouble
Fire burn and cauldron bubble."

Serve hot. Your guests will be goblin' it up!

Happy Halloween!

This is great suff Buck! Sounds exactly like the recipe I use. Except I use 8 eyes of Newt! (I think it adds a little extra sweetness) Anyway I always serve it with Pickled Pig Lips and 'Possum Pate! :ermm:

Enjoy!

You know, that reminds of one of my favorite campy cookbooks, given to me many years ago by my mom (who's also a classic horror movie fan). It's called The Vampire Cookbook, & is filled with wonderful recipes like the above, with an index of real-life ingredient "substitutions" in the back.

Lots of fun to cook & serve.

I don't make that much anymore...
the monsters in my closet are an endangered species now.
Back when I was a kid, I could feed the world, however!

Love it!
